I have been living here for some years and I feel pretty comfortable, this is a unique and safe place to have our kids playing at the courtyard because the playground doesn’t have direct access from the street. There is a 24 hours security system, I have never had any problem since I m living here. I recommend people buying a condominium here because there is no more rentals allowed here only homeowner occupied.

This place is a P.O.S. I can’t think of a better way to describe it without using profanity. It’s not taken care of at all. It stinks. Your can hear EVERYTHING (kids outside, neighbor’s intimacy, people in the hallways, etc.). There is never enough parking. People will park in your designated spot. Our landlord didn’t upkeep anything — it took weeks to get things fixed. When we first moved in it was a disaster — nothing worked, the parking lot was craters, it was a mess. It got a little better… but I don’t miss it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s crap. You get what you pay for.
