Floor Restore Tile & Carpet Cleaning

I can not tell you how wonderful Floor Restore is! I have used them in the past and was always happy with their work, BUT, this time was different! One of my stinker children spilled orange sunkist on my beige carpet in the living room!!! Don’t worry… said child is still alive and well despite the terrible accident…
I tried everything to get the stain out! Even professional spot cleaner and numerous tricks I found online. Nothing worked.
I called Mark and practically begged him to help me. He got me on the schedule within 2 days, and not only did he get that lovely bright orange stain out, but he also made my carpets feel brand new! I had no idea they were supposed to be so soft! I don’t even want to think about what in God’s name was making them so crusty before…
In any case, after using Floor Restore multiple times, I would, and do highly recommend them to my friends and family!

While the finished product was ok, the customer service was terrible. The «office manager» who is actually Mark’s wife was incredibly snippy and even bitchy at times, and he lied to me several times about what was going on with my project and when he would be there. Don’t bother unless you want a hassle.

Professional & quality work. Had our carpets cleaned, tile cleaned in 6 bathrooms & nasty shower tile. They made the shower look like new! Thanks Floor Restore!!!
