TCC, Verizon Premium Wireless Retailer

A couple of weeks ago I was with my mom at this store because her phone intermittently wasn’t working. At the time we were there it was working (of course). When this girl took her phone, she very loudly and sarcastically said to the other woman working «Well here’s the problem. Look she has every app she’s ever opened on here.» Then she turned to my mom and said «Look you have to push this button to close them.» Then they put her on the phone with a Verizon rep that said she would call her back after making her go through all sorts of resets. That rep never called back (but that’s another review). As she was on the phone the 2 girls working went on to have a loud conversation about a pregnant friend and made it extremely difficult for my mom to hear the rep on the phone. After all this her 3 month old phone still had lots of trouble so she received a replacement in the mail and took it back to this store for help retrieving all her pics, contacts, etc. since the screen was black on her old one. Ugh… same arrogant, rude employee! She treated mom like she was an ignorant child. She needs training on how to treat customers… or be fired! Can’t remember the date of our first trip there, but the second trip was today, 8÷24÷15. Someone do something about this girl! Would give 0 stars if I could.
