Robo Auto Wash Brick

I’d give this place zero stars if it would let me. For starters, I go to the first auto wash bay, put my money in, pull forward into the bay, it starts doing its thing. All of a sudden the wash just stops, soap is still all over my truck and the doors won’t open; I’m stuck in the wash. Once walking around in the wash bay and finding a button to open the wash bay door, I’m free again. I still have suds all over my truck though and am forced to try the next bay over out… it took my money and never started washing. $ 18 later, I finally went to the manual wash to spray the suds off. Gave this place another try couple weeks later, got stuck at the front of the line and the machine took my bills but didn’t start, took my change and didn’t start, wouldn’t take my debit card. I had to make everyone behind me move so I could leave. Don’t go here. If you are local, the best one I’ve found is just over the WV/​VA border in bluefield Virginia beside the Pizza Hut.
