This place is FANTASTIC! They are private, confidential, and in a great location. I’ve done my yearly physicals at the health clinic, but most importantly, I’ve received mental health screenings, life advice, and have met some great positive role models. Thank you HiTOPS for changing my life.

I agree with everything Laura A. said. There should be a Hitops in every town. They offer free counseling, STD testing, contraceptive information and actual contraceptives (they offer tons of safe, effective items for FREE and also offer fun gimmicky condoms and stuff for sale). They’ve got support groups galore and everyone that works there wants you to feel comfortable and safe as soon as you enter. I personally know dozens of people whose lives have been SAVED by Hitops and no doubt there are hundreds more out there. Just drop by, they will welcome you with open arms and ensure that you are helped with whatever problem may plague you.

this place is GREAT. not only does it offer support groups and resources for LGBT teens (first and third), it offers amazing, personal, thoughtful health care services for teenagers. everything is on a sliding scale depending on your age/insurance, and if you don’t have enough cash on you at the time they will still let you take what you need with you. free condoms! the practitioners there are nurse-practitioners/midwives, so they are very thoughtful and caring and take the time to sit with you, which is especially important if you’re a teenager. they also offer STD screenings for males and females, and the morning-after pill.
if i had a bajillion dollars, hitops would be one of the first organizations i would support. they deserve it!
