Dr Deora is great and attentive. However her staff are very unprofessional and rude. They do not care if there is any kind of emergency and take their own time to return calls. And the wait time is way too long. They make 3 or 4 appointments for the same slot, so no matter whether you go on time, before time or after time, you end up waiting almost an hour. They can have a policy of charging copay to the patients who do not show up for appointments, but wait time on average of one hour is un-​accepatable.

The doctor is great, but her staff are not professional.
They need to redesign this building BC You can tell it used to be a bank. When I come here I start sneezing in the waiting area. I can’t wait to go into the examining room.

Dr Sonia Deora is a wonderful doctor. I have been going to her for over two years now. Each time she has been very patient and compassionate. I trust her diagnosis. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because the wait time at the clinic can be a bit long at times.

Dr. Deora is a wonderful, insightful, attentive and caring doctor! My entire family goes to her for check ups and whenever we have any medical needs. She is very supportive, understanding. Her physicals are very thorough and they take your blood work right on the spot, no need to go to a lab.
The only problem is the waiting time to see the doctor is quite long. Each time I have an appointment I end up waiting 40 minutes on an average.
