We had our rehearsal dinner here last month, about 35 people, and Café Capuano went above and beyond my expectations. The food was delicious and plentiful and they did a wonderful job of accommodating us. The staff is spectacular and the prices ridiculously reasonable. Thank you Café Capuano for a perfect evening!

Very disappointing . Food –2 *. Though the menu looks tempting, the food served lacks the quality. Everything that we ordered was way below average other than the bread. The minestrone soup was awful, the Maximo chicken felt like a first attempt at a dish by an amateur chef and the lemon shrimp — over cooked and tasteless. The service –3 *.it was difficult to get hold of the guys to serve us ! The place itself is hard to find. A very poorly lit board and the name of the restaurant written on the board is so small that you can easily miss this. I do not believe this place deserves a second chance… try at your own risk !

I have celiac disease & have to be gluten free. We ate here last week & it was one of the best gf meals I’ve ever had. Their online menu does not mention gf items but they told me they can make pretty much anything gf upon request & based on what I had I agree.

This place was our go-to pizza place for several years & think it’s one of the best in the area. I noticed, though, that the pizza sauce is getting way too salty. We end up drinking gallons of water. We’ve also had their pasta dishes and they are pretty good. We’re definitely disappointed about the salt level of the pizzas.

The entre and soup I ordered was very good. The have a lot of good things on the menu it’s definitely a place where it is hard to decide because everything looks so good. No trouble with the service because it wasn’t crowded, waiter was friendly. They also have a lot of gluten free options which was great. We sat in a booth that was very comfortable.

Went to this place for dinner with some friends from work. The place was ok. When i first walked in, I thought it’s just a typical pizza place but then I found out they have a separate section for a dine in section. I had lamb chop with broccoli rabe. It was okay, but not great. I just didn’t find something special that would make me come back to the place. They’re just okay.

Ordered a take-out pizza from here and wasn’t very impressed. The chicken was in cube form and was kind of dry. There wasn’t enough hot sauce and I don’t think they use blue cheese.(If they do there wasn’t much of it.) For $ 21 i expect a little bit more love.

Pizza is generally pretty solid. Sandwich rolls(crucial part of any sandwich) are not very good at all so I rarely order any hot or cold sandwiches from them. I generally go for the pizza and appetizers. My one complaint has to be the call ahead order. I’ll call to order then go to pick it up and if the place is busy I wind up standing in a single line behind people that are ordering in person and asking questions. I’ve stood in line for over 15 minutes waiting to pick up hot food that generally gets cold sitting on top of the ovens. HUGE suggestion for management would be to have a pick up lane for those that do call ahead!

We walked in around 9:30 near closing time, they took us in. Didn’t rush us to order or cleaning the plates during our meal. The dishes was amazing also. Didn’t feel like they pay any less attention to the dishes just because. The clan has lemon wine sauce, very buttery love it!

I’ve been to this pizzeria 4 times now. The pizza is fantastic!!! The reason that it gets such a low rating is the guy in the back doing all the other cooking is horrible. Every time I try to order buffalo wings I always get something different. Sometimes it BBQ sometimes it’s just fried wings with nothing on it… The last two times I made my order there was a hair in it somewhere. Once in the pizza and once in the wings… My opinion, fire the fry cook and buy some hair nets.

Manny & Milton have a great Italian restaurant and I’m lucky to have them in the neighborhood. Go now, go often and and bring a friend!

We get take out from here all the time. They literally have the best chicken parm I have ever tasted. In general their food is very good and reasonable price wise.

This place just doesnt get enough respect. Okay okay, it’s not«fine dining» but i dont think I’ve ever been disappointed with anything I’ve gotten off of their menu. They have great pizza and the town’s BESTCHEESESTEAKS! I’m serious, super yummy steaks. I’m from Philly so that’s one heck of a complement. The most underrated thing on their menu are their PANINIS. They are fan-freakin-tastic! Give me some extra pesto sauce on that sandwich and im in heaven.

I usually go to their other location on Clarksville Road. Me and my girlfriend went here on Friday night with a bottle of wine hoping for similar quality of food and service. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We arrived at 8:30. We stood at the host station for about 10 minutes and no one was there. We walked into the restaurant section where 2 waiters looked at us and walked away before we flagged one down to be seated. Not a great start. After we were seated we were brought wine glasses and requested a bucket of ice and 2 glasses of water. The bucket came fast, but the water took its time. About 2 minutes after being seated a different waiter came by and asked us if we were ready to order. We hadn’t even had a chance to open the menus yet, so we felt pretty rushed. This was strange considering the place was mostly empty. We each ordered two different veal dishes. What we got was veal in the exact same sauce but with slightly different vegetables with it. With it, we received two bowls of stale looking spaghetti that had gone soggy. As our meal was winding down, a family was seated next to us. They had a different waiter. They were offered specials, some of which sounded great. We were not offered any. They were offered pasta of their choice with their meals, while we were given no such choice. That is very disappointing. I asked for our food to be wrapped and for the bill. The food took about 8 minutes to come back and the bill another 7 – 8 after that. There were more waiters than tables, so I was a bit thrown off that it took about 15 minutes to print a piece of paper out. I paid cash, and the waiter took it upon himself to decide that I did not want the coin portion of my change, just the bills, and kept the rest. Not professional at all. I used to enjoy this restaurant back in the day. I still do enjoy their other location, and won’t take this out on them, but I will NOT be returning here in the foreseeable future.

Rating Capuano’s as a slice shop only. Apparently it’s actually wayyyy more but I’ve never ventured into other options. Slices are phenomenal. They always have a large variety of options ready to complicate your ordering process. I love their romano pizza(diesel ass slices covered in chicken and mushrooms), their veggie, which has roasted squash and peppers on top, and adversely, their sausage and pepperoni deep dish. Some of the best pizza in the area and the owners and staff are very nice. The dining room also looks very nice though I’ve only crossed through the use the bathroom.

I don’t want anyone else to know how FABULOUS this restaurant is! It’s that perfect local place in a strip shopping center that has food to rival anyplace in NYC for Italian cuisine. BYOB. Service is always great. Many times on the weekends there is a great guitarist playing there. We are always seated timely and trust me, we are pretty particular diners with no issues at our fav hideaway dinner spot!

I’m visiting Joisey from California, so when my friend found out I’d never had New Jersey pizza, he suggested we try some for lunch. We ended up at Capuano and the first thing that caught my eye was the ziti pizza… except I initially thought it was a french-fry covered pizza. That woulda been cool too. But yeah, never seen or had pasta-covered pizza before, so I ordered a slice; my friend had the buffalo chicken pizza. First bite: Good lord, this thing is DELICIOUS. The crust had a nice crispiness to it without being too crunchy or tough. And the pasta… I’m a total carb-fiend, so I was really enjoying the hell out of the carb-overload. The sauce on that pasta mixing with the cheese oh my god so good. I didn’t think I would finish the whole slice(it was bigger than my head), but it was gone in a matter of minutes. Too bad I can’t afford to eat here all the time, but you can bet your ass I’m gonna be attempting to make my own ziti pizza once I get home to sunny(and snow-free) California.

The place was great. We were a party of 11 and they were able to seat us, take the correct orders, and make sure everything was ok all in a timely manner Food was very good and the portions were large.
