I live out of state but come to this area a couple months every year, I came here last year and was helped by two very friendly and helpful guys… I referred 4 people and they were happy too. However when I went back to this shop this year was very disappointed. The shop had a guy and girl behind the counter that were not helpful in fact seemed very unconcerned about my needs, did not seem to know a lot about vaping and not friendly at all. I asked where the other guys were and they just kinda ignored my question… gave me the impression… the transaction is done… leave. I asked the people I referred last year., and they all said the place had changed and they go to other places. OWNER: you had a great little shop with hardly any competition.. now you have competition.. you need to get a handle on your business.

I’ve been vaping for about 4 years. But I never used rebuildables. So I went to this shop and had the guy set me up. The mod I bought was grossly over priced and it was a clone in other words a fake. He didn’t tell me this! He put a build in it for me which was nice. The build he put in it though was highly unsafe!!! Very low ohm the mod was so hot after three puffs I almost burnt my hand because it was a fake. I do not recommend going here. VAPOR 99 in Dunkirk right next to wawa is a lot better prices are pretty much what u find online. The mod I bought at pleasant vapes was 50 and it was fake I got the same one at vapor 99 for 30!!! And it was authentic simple mod. Smh I was upset I wasted 50 dollars. AND THEYRE SONY VTCS ARE FAKE!!! The top caved in on the two I bought from them!!! VERY UNSAFE!!! Vapor 99 is a lot better hands down.
