I took my car in for service to address the check engine light on my first encounter with this mechanic. Wasn’t that pleased with the lack of communication, however, they repaired the problem in a short period of time for a relatively low price. Second encounter, I had a fluid leak and another check engine light warning. I was told they would call me after I dropped the car off. Never called and gave me an update about the problem. I finally called to get an update and they told me what the issue was and when the car would be ready for pick up. After paying over $ 1,000, the leaked was fixed but the check engine light came back on within the first 5 miles I drove it from the shop. They told me to bring it back and I did. Once again, they said they would call and didn’t. I called to get an update and they said the car was ready for pick up. Picked the car up. Same thing. Within 5 miles, check engine light comes back on. They told me to bring it back a third time. I decided not to because they obviously weren’t being thorough and double checking to see if the light would come back on. At this point, I just didn’t think they were capable of fixing the problem. Also didn’t like that there wasn’t a detailed bill explaining the repair, parts, or labor. Just a receipt with a total due. You have to be proactive with this mechanic. They won’t give you any info if you don’t contact them first. Now it looks like I have to drive 40 miles to the nearest Audi dealer and spend more money to actually have my car repaired fully. No more business from me.

Top shelf. Took my cooper s there for a new clutch and they had me back on the road in 2 days at a price that was less than half of what I was quoted but other shops. One note — they do not take plastic so bring cash or a check.
