Worst florist I have ever dealt with ! ! ! Ordered flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day to be delivered to her job a mile from GARNER & DUFF. Special request was to deliver as early in the day as possible so patients and coworkers could see during the day. Called my wife at 3:15 P.M. to see if she received them. The answer NO, so I called GARNER & DUFF and a young man advised that most of their orders did not get delivered on Friday at least. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER, LIKE MY WIFE WOULDN’T NOTICE NOT RECEIVING FLOWERS THAT SHE HAS FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS ! ! NO PROBLEM SENDING A CONFIRMATION E-​MAIL AND CHARGE TO MY BANK. I WOULDN’T BUY A SINGLE ROSE FROM THEM IF THEY WERE THE ONLY FLORIST IN CALVERT COUNTY. It’s funny my wifes company used them in the past and they never will again. Would have been real hard to call customers and advise them… never ever again !!! Next e-​mail is the B.B.B.
