We stayed in primm for the night so we could get to Vegas early the next day. Before heading out we decided to grab breakfast at the oph. We were seated right away and had the absolute WORST service I’ve ever had. Our server, Margaret approached our table after sitting for maybe two minutes. We received no hello, how are you, NOTHING. She did not greet us, she simply(with attitude) said«what can I get for you?» We ordered and she walked away. When the food was ready she brought everything out but my toast. We were practically done eating by the time my toast showed up. She brought the bill with the food. We hadn’t even had a bite a food before she was giving us our bill. And to make matters worse. She did not come back to ask us if we needed anything else, or how the food tasted. She was extremely rude and I would not come back here.

Food wasn’t anything spectacular and the service was awful. The«hostess» was beyond rude and we had to ask our waiter for drinks 3 times. It was around 9 on a weeknight so the place was not busy. There was really no excuse for it. I gave them 2 stars because the burger was decent, but I wouldn’t go back for it.

Unilocal challenge 2016(76⁄100) Stopped by Primm on the way to Vegas and wanted something. I didn’t realize this was the same«OHOP» we have back home since we haven’t been there in a while. We shared the Nutella crêpe and a side of Corn Beef Hash since we wanted to save our appetite for lunch. We were a little confused when our server brought only one crêpe and the side of corn beef. We though there was 3 in one order, just like the menu. We didn’t bother to ask. The crêpe was pretty eggy and moist, which was pretty good. I thought it was just okay at the time since we expected a little more. Our server seemed a little off too.

I had a great time this morning and had the most loveliest service– LEAH was quick, easy and relaxing. We loved her! Coffee was a little strong but pancakes were hot, creamy and delicious. We saw the traditional platter and chose two of em’. Extra egg, bacon, and sausage to go. The bacon filled pancakes were fantastic and I enjoyed it very much so. The strawberry lemonade was great– overall selective, but fantastic. It wasn’t a full house so we got taken care of. Thanks to Leah L. And the pancake house!

Had 30 minute lunch break so decided to pop in for a quick meal. Service was pretty quick and the waitress came to get my order right away. I ordered the turkey & avocado sandwich with breakfast potatoes. Food was okay, nothing spectacular and the potatoes were a little mushy and bland, nothing a little salt and pepper couldn’t fix. All in all, it did its job. Food was alright, service was good and quick if you are looking for something fast and easy.

I’ve been to several The Original Pancake House restaurants in California, but they were not as good as this Nevada location. Located inside Primm hotel, the Original Pancake House serves is a great place for breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice($ 4.89): my freshly squeezed OJ was good. I wanted to get a bigger glass. Bacon & eggs($ 11.29): he liked his bacon and eggs. One egg($ 2.19): the egg was perfectly cooked. One bacon($ 3.99): meaty, crispy and not greasy piece of bacon. I was happy. Sourdough upgrade($ 1.49) 4 pcs or 8 pcs tiny pancakes. Wow! I love anything sourdough and this sourdough pancakes were so delicious. I will start looking for sourdough pancakes for breakfast from now on. The pancakes were so tasty and fluffy. Belgian waffle($ 8.49): it’s safe to say my friend liked his waffle because he ate the whole thing. 4 stars! The Original Pancake House is yummylicious!

It’s run down, drab and dark inside… yet we still stopped. But, the food was pretty good and came quickly. The bacon was literally so amazing, you must get bacon no matter what you order. Prices, were average for the food quilty. Staff were very friendly. Lighting, better ventilation, and better upkeep of seating areas are definitely needed but what can you expect from a hotel on the verge of ruins. At least the food was decent.

Hello welcome to OPH. We have been here a few times before not sure if ever reviewed. We arrived around 830 in the morning expecting a line, but was surprised there was not one. You would think there was for as long as we waited to be seated. The receptionist should not be cashier. Food was good I had Bacon and eggs which cured my Bacon craving. Josie had Banana pancakes. There is nothing here that is a wow factor, Service was good Waitress kept checking on us, kept drinks filled. Thanks for coming to OPH. You pay as you leave classic diner style. We will go back if in area it is a good quick breakfast spot if at state line.

Stopped in to grub before finishing our road trip. Food is excellent as I remember from this chain. Perfect to satisfy our breakfast cravings but at 230pm! Our waitress was very attentive and patient with us since our young kids were acting kinda crazy. She checked on us multiple times and got our food out quickly. Would have been the perfect little stop except for the cashier upon checkout. She took my credit card and asked to see ID. I keep mine in a wallet with a clear window for this very purpose. I turned it to show her but she reached to grab my whole wallet out of my hand. I promptly pulled it back and asked her to please not touch my wallet. She glared at me and had a clear attitude that I would not let her take the whole wallet. Swiped the card and slammed it and the receipt to sign on the counter. I just signed and walked out abruptly. Management needs to retrain that little brat. Never grab a customer’s personal belongings!

This OPH opened a few years ago inside the Primm Valley Casino, taking over the old coffee shop. This location is our go-to stop when we head back to California from Vegas. We stopped here on a Tuesday around 9:00 am, and it was filling up. Fortunately we were able to be seated immediately and went through their menu. Unlike many OPH which are open for breakfast and lunch only, this location is open for dinner, too. So the menu here has most of the traditional OPH items plus more. In this case, this location has crepes. specifically nutella crepes! Stephen and Karen ordered that. I ordered my favorite, the potato pancakes. Normally, I add a side of bacon, but this time left it off. They do have one of the best thick cut bacon. well worth the $ 3.99. The food came out within 15 – 20 minutes, and coffee cups refilled. Overall a good experience. Not the cheapest breakfast, but then it’s OPH and it’s at the Nevada/California border. If you’re looking for cheap and fast, there’s McDonalds across the parking lot.

My friends and I decided to check this place out before heading home to LA. Customer service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious! I had the ribeye with eggs and German potatoes. It’s always hit and miss with the way places cook their meat cuts. I have to say the was just as I asked for, a very delicious medium cook! Definitely know where I’ll be stopping by each time I visit stateline.

This weekend was my 3rd and probably last visit here. It is really ashame because the food is pretty good. Problem, THESTAFFAREHORRIBLE. Each time ive come here the hostess act like your bothering them since they have to stop their conversation to seat u. The waiters just dont seem to want to be there. Without a complete employee retraining I dont think this place is going to last. Good luck!!!

This location situated inside of the Primm Casino is very dated and worn. We were seated at our table and it was still dirty. Lots of screaming coming from the kitchen as we were seated. There was a guy dressed in a blue shirt in the kitchen(I’m guessing one of the managers) yelling we need more pancakes, where’s this order, where’s that order. The waitress Leah, came and took our order pretty quickly and brought us our coffee right away. She popped in our order, but told us that the apple pancake would be a few minutes, as it takes awhile to bake. Leah returned about 20 minutes later with our apple pancake. It was absolutely delicious, but of course very hot, so we had to wait a few before we dove in. The second plate we ordered, corn beef hash, came about five minutes later. Usually the corned beef hash comes first, but it worked out fine. Leah was a great server and was really moving quickly, as the restaurant was packed. Overall, the food was good, but the restaurant definitely needs some cosmetic work, as the place is looking very dated.

On our way from Palm Springs to Las Vegas, we stopped at Prim Valley to get a quick bite. We decided to try the famous pancake house, at first I only saw about 5 people in the whole restaurant which made me think if this was a good pick, I always say if the place is packed the food has to be good. I realize that maybe because it was during the week and it was Thursday, was probably the reason for no traffic, but that thought of Las Vegas and State Line being tourists locations they would always have traffic and be very busy. After all these thoughts went through my head and my stomach growling I went in, and boy was I in for a surprise! I will never judge again a restaurant for being empty until I go in and try the food for my self. I ordered their Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and Fries. The meat was so thin and delicious right on point. I also ordered the Nutella Crepes, these were the best, so delicious I didn’t even know they made these. I love this place, and next time I come to State Line, this place will definitely be in my places to stop by. Their freshly made orange juice reminded me of the one my grandma use to squeeze for me when I was little.

If you are not looking to eat at another fast food spot, I would have to say this is a nice change of pace. Though located inside a casino not extremely convenient and or kid friendly, it is what it is when you are at State Line. Of course everything is on the menu is breakfast from your obvious pancakes, to crepes, and omelets. They also have a kids menu, though I must say the kids portions of food were extremely large and is enough to feed two. The regular menu portions are also VERYLARGE, if you are hungry but not starving I would advise you to split an order. I had ordered the veggie omelet, my bf some type of crêpe, and the kids got chocolate chip pancakes. Everyone enjoyed their food, though they could of laid off a little on the chocolate chips in the kids pancakes(The kids even said it was too much). Overall the food & service was good, the price was reasonable. Just remember… LARGEPORTIONS!!!

This is my second time here and it wasn’t as great of an experience as before. The sunny side up eggs were still raw. The bacon was way over cooked… How can you mess up bacon and eggs? Like really

Steak and eggs! And free pancakes with every order. Beats iHop across the way. The steak was of low quality, very low, chewy, thin and pretty much gross, like rubber… And the eggs were just eggs. You can’t really mess up eggs… The pancakes were pretty good if you eat it when they are hot and fresh! This is the place where you need steak sauce(A1) with that steak of yours. It was between like Denny’s and an IHOP… but not yet a decent enough place to call good. The price itself wasn’t all that great but definitely beats the overly priced food on the strip. I think mall food might have been a bit better… or even McDs, 10x cheaper.
