Their blt was good. Enjoyed losing my money at the casino. Luckily this place is cheap otherwise I couldn’t eat that day. Pretty much where I spend everyday.

Food quality and consistency have declined a little over the past year. The inexpensive breakfasts are still good. However, the hash browns now taste of old oil. Waffle fries are not standard choice but but an upcharge. You can watch the folks in the kitchen from the order window. They work very hard, are very friendly, and have a great attitude at the order window. The slight decline may be cost cutting measures beynd their control. Some of the daily $ 4.99 specials have not been so great.
The food & drink specials change monthly and are clearly posted on their website. NIce.
The service consistency has declined a bit, too. The servers that have been there a while are still fantastic! If you frequent the place they will remember you. You can even see hugs being given to them by regulars. Great vibe!
Sadly, the newer servers don’t seem to know the tricks and tips that the experienced ones do. Maybe they aren’t trained that well? An example is that if you go for breakfast and order coffee, the experienced servers will bring you a full thermos carafe. Nice! The newbies don’t. You have to ask, and sometimes you get a funny look if you ask.
All these little issues can be overcome if you are willing to speak up if you have an issue. The general attitude toward customers overall seem very positive.

For two dollars on Tuesday, you can get 2 tacos, rice and beans!!! And happy hour is $ 1.50 drafts. Can’t beat it :)
