My husband dropped off a frame for replacement glass and somehow something happened to the frame. We were told that they then sent it out for repair/​replacement at a local frame shop. Took longer than expected but they backed their work and had to replace with a custom frame. All I can say is great customer service guys! We will be back for any of our glass needs.

Would not recommend! Our windows did not arrive on time. Phone calls were not returned, only after one successful call were we scheduled for installation. Installers were late even though they gave an hour window for arrival. No call. Installers were in a big hurry. Caulk is all over the front of our home. They left a mess inside, caulk on the carpet, etc. They were supposed to locate rollers for windows and did not, don’t think they even tried. Acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about. Even the painters who came in behind were appalled at the workmanship. Do NOT recommend!

Had an excellent experience with my company vehicle and brought my personal vehicle in for a rock chip repair. Great customer service, very friendly owner and staff! Most reasonably priced glass repair service I’ve found. Make sure to schedule an appointment!

These people didn’t get the memo that everyone in Prescott is nice and friendly, most rude business/​people I have met in Prescott. Delt with the owner and he could careless. I ordered a screen door an every time I called when they told me it was going to be ready, I was told they didn’t have the parts or it just wasn’t ready yet an it would be another week. Well one week turned into 6. I will never return or recommend this business to anyone. Very unhappy

The owner of Prescott glass happens to be a neighbor of a lot we own in Prescott so I have gotten to know him as a person first before using him for my glass needs for the house I own in Yavapai Hills. He is honest and helpful and very connected in the Prescott community as he is a long time resident himself. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who will treat them fairly and has an outstanding reputation with other construction people in town. He is a great resource as well to other equally honest companies in the community, so don’t hesitate to ask him!

If you are looking for a place for glass, mirror or anything related, Prescott Glass & Mirror is the place to go. The guys there are always super nice and very into providing excellent service.
My husband has been there several times and they always cut his mirror or glass to size free of charge. Once he ordered a mirror from them but found it cheaper somewhere else. .. in conversation he told them about it and they OFFERED to take back the mirror so he could get it somewhere else for cheaper!
With such superior service they’ve earned our loyalty and we don’t go anywhere else for our glass & mirror needs!
