My boyfriend and I went into this store to look for a certain hat. The girl working there didn’t acknowledge we came in. And wouldn’t make eye contact with us or offer help. She was on the phone the entire time. The work phone. It was a personal call that lasted over 10 min. I feel bad because she seemed sad about something. But with as slow as the mall is, you can’t risk pissing off customers.
