FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I went to this Prescott FedEx/Kinko’s twice. The first time, no one could help me unless I wanted to pay $ 16 for each of four printed pieces (this was definitely not within my budget). I have to create awards every year from someone else’s artwork. The challenge is getting the artwork to fit into a standard frame after I add the award text to the image, without distorting the art. I’m no good at Publisher but this is all I have to work with. In desperation and nearing me deadline, I went back to this location a second time hoping for a miracle and was helped by the new assistant manager, Ron. He was so gracious and extremely helpful. It took him less than 5 minutes to get the whole thing right, then I changed the name on it 4 times and he printed each one on card stock for me. Total tab $ 14 for the whole deal. What a huge relief it was to get that job finished and to have it done so well and with so little effort on my part, not to mention a reasonable charge. I only hope he’s still there when I have to return with the awards for 2015! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars, which he earned, is that I had to go back a second time to get someone who could help me.

So, I’m in Prescott with the family and have to mail something out Boston by Tuesday. The problem — it’s Saturday afternoon and the Post Office is now closed. Oh yeah, and I still need to make copies of things and print something from the internet. What’s a guy to do?
After ruling out the Post Office we tried a UPS store. Closed! Thankfully my sister knew of this Fed Ex Office location. They were still open and had everything I needed to copy, print, go on line and ship to my destination on time. YAY!!!
This location was clean and the staff member was very helpful and friendly.
