Had another AMAZING. facial from Gennifer today. She also did a full dermaplane treatment at the end. My face looks and feels fantastic. Great job! Highly recommended!

I love Gennifer’s skills and knowledgeability. She has the time and patience to deliver a full set and fills of gorgeous eyelashes– I have been going to her every month for more than 6 months now, after coming from another place in town. She has also been flexible and willing to work with my sometimes difficult schedule. Not to mention helping out when my lifestyle (swimming often, working in the dirt, etc) caused my lashes to clump. Best of all she is honest & upfront– she’ll tell it like it is and give alternative recommendations if needed. Ive also been to her for an acne facial (even though without my asking she told me my pores looked fine & I could go without!!) and felt great.
I would – and do – absolutely recommend Gennifer & Complexion to anyone in Prescott who is looking for thorough and skilled services offered in a comfortable & personal environment.

Very rude person. My lashes were ruined by another salon that does extentions, but all Gennifer could do was lecture me on how horrible my own lashes are and say I didn’t listen to a thing she said. I did listen and agreed with her, however before I was going to purchase latisse from a medical doctor I wanted to discuss the side effects with a doctor such as change of eye color. Gennifer said there is only a 3% chance of darkening of the eye color. The percentage is much higher, a good 10% chance. Gennifer told me I didn’t need to speak to a medical doctor and to go and pick it up from his office. You are not a medical doctor Gennifer, and I hope no one listens to her if they need to purchase Latisse. Latisse is a prescription medication, please speak to a medical doctor. I do believe she does good work… but lacks any type of personality. Never ever going back to her when my lashes become healthy.
