Allan’s Flowers & More

My boyfriend bought me flowers which were delivered to me on Christmas Eve. The bouquet is so artfully done and completely gorgeous! Top-​notch florists from what I can tell, wow! & here it is, more than a week later, and they still look great. BIG THUMBS UP!

This flower shop is really adorable! I picked up my daughter’s carnation lei for her graduation and it turned out perfect! They sell a lot of cute gifts and yummy chocolates! If you need a quick gift, you will find one here.:)

Quality has really gone downhill in the last few years. My grandparents send me some flowers from here recently. I’m not sure how much they paid but I got some sort of spring mix with blown out yellow roses. These are going to last like two days.

I’ve used Allan’s Flowers a handful of times now over the last several years to purchase arrangements for my Mom and Dad. I live out of state, so I really rely on the florist to do a great job since I can’t be there in person to make the order.
Most recently, I ordered a succulent and cactus garden for my Dad’s birthday. I worked with Jessica who was friendly as always and helped me feel reassured I was being taken care of. My Dad loved what he received and he still has the one from last year which goes to show the quality of their products.

We were visiting from Portland, OR and needed to take flowers to my husband’s 92 year old aunt who was in a car accident. The local grocery store was good for the card, but the selection of flowers was dreadful. I Unilocaled for some local flower shops and followed the map to this place. We had a beautiful selection to choose from and a cheerful, helpful staff. Aunt Virginia was delighted with the arrangement and we were happy to give something that was going to last for more than a day or two. Most supermarkets should stick to food and leave the flower arranging to professionals. IMHO. :-0

I just called this Florist Shop to order flowers for my daughter’s birthday because she lives in Prescott and I talked to Jessica. She was extremely helpful and took care of everything quickly and efficiently! And it really helped that I could use the promotional voucher on Unilocal for this florist. I can’t wait to hear how pretty the flower arrangement is after my daughter receives it.

$ 27 for some daisies is insane! Better off going to Costco. I mean roses are one thing, but daises!!!

Placing my order was generally easy enough, the staff was professional, and overall accommodating. The initial transaction was slightly awry due to staff and the delivery arrangements were a little wonky, but they delivered on time. The floral arrangement was costly, but beautiful nonetheless. Due to the extra time I had to personally spend on communication for delivery – I’ve never had problems with massive online retails for the address I’ve delivered to – this was the primary reason I gave 3 stars. Otherwise, I think the professionalism was a 4 and arrangement a 5.

I’ve been lucky enough to receive some of the most beautiful arrangements as gifts. I always love that they are so customized to each individual’s personality. Always beautiful and always unique!

Couldn’t imagine a florist being worse than this one. I have tried them numerous times, and each time was worse than the last. The first experience I had with them was enough to make me never use them again, but unfortunately all of the major flower delivery companies like 800-​Flowers only use this florist. I don’t live in AZ, so this was my only option then for sending flowers to a relative. They sent the wrong flowers once, sent half of the bouquet size another time (despite me paying more for the upgrade, the bouquet was even smaller than the basic one on the website), they use fillers that aren’t like the quality flowers shown online, and the canceled my order the evening before a holiday at 4pm via email. They didn’t even have the decency to call. And they would only provide the reason that they were too busy to deliver my order. Are you kidding me? And the representatives I spoke with at 800-​Flowers or Teleflora or whoever I tried to use each time (in an effort to try not to get this florist) would even sound irritated with the lack of responsibility the business took when trying to resolve the issues. I now use Proflowers because that is the only way to guarantee the flowers won’t come from the florist. Yes, I’d rather deliver flowers from a box than have a pathetic poor quality bouquet from Allan’s. As far as I’m concerned, they’re thieves who feel is perfectly acceptable to take your money or give you less than you paid for because they think you’ll never know. Seriously one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

They couldn’t have been more helpful. Super friendly and a variety of beautiful flowers. They had beautiful arrangements for anyone’s budget. I loved the fact that I could also get chocolates as well. Without a doubt, I will be back.

Very friendly staff and the Unilocal deal is great. My wife loved both the cornucopia and the poinsettia. Would definitely buy here again. ‘Nuf said.

I went to Allan’s on October 22^nd for a wedding flower consultation. We get there and were greeted politely, However we sat down with the manager and she asked several questions about my wedding which was good except that was it. She did not show flowers and then said I needed to go home and look up what I wanted in the bouquet and email them to us. I went to a flower shop and made an appointment for them to help and guide me to a flower arrangement. I am not in the business of flowers I do not know names or when they are in season. I went home and emailed an exact list of what I wanted per flower that I received from another florist. I had to email a week later to see if they had even received my email because I received no answer. She said she will finish the quote as soon as possible for her. On November 11^th I had still not received anything from the shop. I emailed the shop that was going to have to go with another location because my wedding is in June and that time books fast so I wanted to make sure that I could afford the quote and book it. She emailed back saying she was sorry I felt like she was taking to long and best wished with my wedding. Then about 4 hours later she emailed the quote. Really… I bet she just did the quote that day and sent it. I am glad I did not waste anymore of my time because the quote was way high and just imagine how the rest of our working relationship would of been. I wonder if my flowers would of even been ready for the day. The funny part was I was referred over to them because of their communication skills.

This florist is A M A Z I N G! I got very difficult news today that my grandmother was hospitalized and I needed flowers delivered tomorrow (which happens to be Mother’s Day). Jessica was wonderful, caring, understanding and an absolute GEM to deal with. Thank you Thank You Thank You for making the impossible possible for us today. I know the flowers will help her feel better before the surgery.

I had such a great experience with this cute little shop!
I was in one of my friend’s weddings and she wanted to have a blend of sun flowers, a few other flowers and fresh picked wild flowers that we picked earlier that day.
we were running errands when we saw a sign that said ‘flower happy hour’ and we had to turn around to see! we were originally just going to see what the local grocery store had on hand but found this to be much better.
we went into the cute little store and had a really sweet welcome from the employees. they filled us in on the details about the deals and even helped us collaborate some ideas so that we could DIY the bouquets.
they ended up selling us ribbon, twine, and pins in addition to the flowers the bride picked out. they helped us SO much.
in the end we only ended up spending $ 10 on bouquets for everyone. i definitely recommend this shop!

Allan’s Flowers has been my locally owned florist of choice here in Prescott for the past 3+ years now. I couldn’t have asked for more knowledgeable and professional management and a friendlier staff of true floral artists. I have always recommended this quaint floral shop to my friends, co-​workers, and family. It is also nice to see when I walk into my local coffee shops and doctor offices and I see stunning arrangements that are from Allan’s Flowers.
