All West Fire Protection Systems

Called All West to come out and fix a leak in my fire sprinkler system that has ruined drywall in my garage and has left significant water puddled in my garage. All West owns the company that installed it (Atens Automatic Sprinklers). Sent pictures and was told that they are 2 months backed up for service and wouldn’t be able to come out for 2 months. Lie 1, if i as the owner of the Wells Fargo tower in downtown Phoenix and we had a leak they would be out there in an hour. Lie 2 we don’t know ANYONE in the valley that could do the work. Of course you do! You are a allegedly a significant company in Prescott. Truth 1 they said, If we did know someone we wouldn’t tell you because we don’t want the liability. So the company you bought installed the system… it’s leaking all over a customers garage and you say sorry we cant help. Guess what All West, not only will i not recommend you but i will inform my clients many of whom are builders NEVER to use you. Pathetic. Oh and BTW a competitor will be out first thing in the morning. Happy to have the work.
