Able Saw and Tool Repair

Called Able to ask if they repaired pressure washers and they said yes. Took my Karcher washer in because the pump was operating intermitently and the motor ran rough. They «refurbished» the fuel system for $ 90 but did nothing to fix the pump. The unit is still broken and Able offers nothing to help fix it or compensate me money and time spent. I’ll never go back to Able.

This is what I can say about Able Saw:
I walked in there with a saw that was broken. I didn’t want them to fix it. I wanted them to sell me a piece to fix it myself.
The gentleman wasn’t very impressed with my John Deere saw. I can get that. It’s not great. But it’s John Deere and my little boy loves backhoes so if I bowed to brand recognition on my key demographic (my kid) I don’t think that’s bad.
The way in which he expressed his lack of appreciation for my Echo knock off — I mean, John Deere — resulted in a more broken saw than I came in with.
Materially, it was broken in a way that I couldn’t fix. And, although he broke it, they weren’t going to fix it.
For real? uh, yeah.
Couldn’t make it up.
