Prescott Valley Boot & Shoe Repair

I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They had two pairs of shoes for two months and didn’t touch them. Not only did they not apologize but they even gave me attitude when i was surprised they weren’t completed yet. Nor did they offer to make any form of concession. They had a hard time finding the shoes as their tag system wasn’t in order, I had to describe what they looked like twice. They didn’t know what service was supposed to be done to them, when I explained it was just the heals they said oh that shouldn’t take long! This was all the same guy (owner i think) that took the shoes when I dropped them off two months prior. I took my unfinished shoes and left.

Nice to find a great shoe repair shop right in town. Great work and very reasonable prices.

A «Mom and Pop» (and son) shoe repair shop that is hidden in an older part of Prescott Valley’s shopping district supplies excellent service, with impeccable workmanship. The «Mom» is so friendly, but don’t distract her because it will take forever to finish your work order, «Pop», a real craftsman can work magic with repairs is the only person I have trusted to re-​sole a twenty year old pair of osterich skin cowboy boots that until now have been repaired with only gorilla glue and tobacco spit.
