This place is brand new as of this writing. So far, they have nothing to offer for experienced vapers. Extremely limited selection, and highest prices of any vape shop in the area for hardware(30 dollars for an ego, or 80 dollars for a pair, etc) will probably really turn off anyone that has been vaping longer than this place has been open. Their staff lacks any real understanding of vaping and from what I’ve seen the little that they do know is just enough to get a complete beginner started. Speaking of which, their customer service for me was very offputting. I was patiently waiting for some help and as soon as it was my turn to talk to someone that worked there the girl behind the counter darted off and started trying to help someone else. Luckily she came back so I could try some juices, unfortunately, the battery for the testing ecig was not producing much vapor and I couldn’t taste any of the juices properly. The whole place reeked of cigarettes as they had an ashtray on the counter and tons of non vape tobacco products given front and center display over the ecigs stuff. Pretty counter intuitive to have a vape shop with a burning cigarette on the counter, and to top it off they put the e-juices in the very back corners of the store forcing anyone trying to quit smoking to pass up all of their tobacco products to get to them. Their tasting area is within inches of cheap budget pipe tobacco in huge beef jerky bags. The whole layout with the prices and display method really made me think I was in a quickymart or something similar. All in all, this place has nothing to offer most people that have been vaping more than a few weeks and when the people that start vaping through this place figure out how to use the internet to buy e-cig hardware boy are they going to feel ripped off.
