The guy at the Ferry Bluff Council Overlook sent me here, they said there were ~70 eagles at the dam. You can’t get out of the car, as you’ll spook the wild eagles, but they are RIGHT THERE, Flying around, grabbing fish out of the water. Plenty of gulls and ducks to see too. Bring binocs and your camera, though even with the naked eye it’s amazing.
Sign says that the power company plans on installing a fish ladder. I hope they do, because that would help the fish and eagles.
