Atlantis Divers

This is an extremely poorly run shop. They sold me items prior to a class I registered for and never delivered them. I went back several times and got apology after apology, but no items. Finally I requested a refund. Then they tap-​danced around who could make the refund. It has now been nine months and no snorkels, no fins and no refund. They may seem friendly when you meet them, but they are in my experience incompetent and dishonest.
Also, before registering for a class, you should be aware that the published cost of the class is not the true cost. Each day that you spend in the water you will be expected to tip the instructors. This was not disclosed to us before we paid for the class and significantly raised the price of our certifications.
