Zaxby’s

Ok. This has to be the WORST Zaxbys in the world. Every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. Either it’s my whole meal or just my drink. Something is ALWAYS wrong. Just like last night. Me & my boyfriend go here to get 2 kicking chicken sandwich meals. First off, they gave him the wrong drink. Asked for a sprite & they gave him a coke. Not a big deal, happens at a lot of different eateries. So we get the sprite & pull off. As we’re pulling off, I’m checking the food. Both of our sandwiches are like grilled something. So I’m just like. So we go in to have it fixed & idk if the guy we talked to was the manager or whoever but it seemed like he didn’t even care. So I do NOT recommend this Zaxbys. They suck. You’re better off going to the one in Hiram. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Had salads w grilled chicken
Husband had Caesar and I had Garden. Best salads we have had at a Zaxby’s in 2 years. But I am not fond of their salad dressings. I have tried them all. They taste weak with little flavor. Wish they has a Balsamic. Service was quick & pleasant

What can I say? This Zaxby’s location is as good as it gets! Great food, friendly employees, and they always get my order correct.
This location also has online ordering, so if you don’t want to wait, order, and pay for your food online, and just go in and pick it up! It’s quite simple.
I didn’t use that option this time. I was already out and about, and decided to go to the drive thru.
I have absolutely no complaints about this Zaxby’s!

For my west coast peeps who decide to take a trip to the dirty south…(Atlanta to be precise) The first thing you must do after getting off the plane is head straight to Zaxbys!!! The best fast food chicken ever!!! It’s like Chic Fil A but created by God himself lol. Seriously.
I usually keep it simple and get the chicken finger plate but you can’t go wrong with choosing anything on the menu. If you’re a fan of sweet tea, then you’re gonna be in heaven. One of the greatest sweet teas I’ve ever had!!! If you don’t dip the chicken or fries in the Zaxbys sauce then you should be convicted of a felony because it is the icing on the cake.

Step 2: Go to Zaxbys
Step 3: Let your taste buds run wild.

Great generous salads. Fried chicken products have too much sodium, but still good. Prices are good. Go here way too often

One of the better Zaxby’s I have been to. Have had a wrong order a couple of times but they were very speedy in replacing it. Fast & convenient.

Love this location. Great food and great service!

Worst and Slowest service ever. I waited 20 minutes for 10 chicken fingers, nothing else, just 10 chicken fingers. No apology, no nothing. I even complained to the feaux website complaint line, nothing. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one in the Hiram main stretch, you will be happier and probably healthier for it.

Love this place! Eat here almost everyday. The staff is top notch also!
