McDonald’s

SLOW service! Also the cashier was incredibly rude and made the whole experience bad. Not that I expect much from a McDonalds, but my father in law also commented on how rude she was so I know it was not just me. We had a question about the all day breakfast and she treated us like we were stupid. This is a new program, and in trying to order correctly for my mother in law, we were made to feel like we had no sense just because we wanted to know if all day breakfast included the sausage mcmuffin with egg (it DOESN“T BTW). I have ordered the sausage mcmuffin with egg before and twice got it WITHOUT egg. I’m not sure how that mistake can be made since it’s in the title of the sandwich but whatever. I now go to the one on Mars Hill by Brookstone because I can’t just stand these people, but expect a few gray hairs to appear before you actually get your food. The last time I came here, the guy cleared my order from the screen and proceeded to make the order for the lady behind me. It took well over 5 minutes and I’m just standing there while people BEHIND me were being served. The only plus this place has is that it does have a playground for the kids.

Actually one of the most consistent restaurants on this stretch. After you’re through with subpar Chinese and mediocre country vittles, come get a Big Mac.

Horrible service, they do not know how to work the drive-​through, get orders wrong, have forgotten orders, not a good place to go.

Just your typical McDonald’s. Quick food at cheap prices.

Best McDonald’s in the area!
Since we all know what a McDonald’s is, I’m rating this one as it compares to other McDonalds.
It has one of the best PlayPlaces. There is a seperate area for birthday parties and an Air Hockey table.
But the service is second to none. There is a manager there, Josh, that because my wife and I are regulars he took the time to learn our names and where we are from. I’ve even been at the drive-​thru where he’s recongnized my voice. It’s nice going to a place where you are greeted by name.
I thought I was just special (like Norm at Cheer’s) until one day I was in there with my wife and one of her friends and he also knew her name too.
Pretty amazing service for a McDonalds.
