The Rocking Horse Boutique took over the Rocking horse resale shop that I dropped some of my gently used baby items for consignment. Even though the shop changed hands, I was still given a call to let me know that my items had sold, and that they had around $ 30 cash for me. I appreciated the honesty, and when I went in there I found some really cute kids clothes ! Mostly baby and toddler, and I ended up buying something for my daughter. Hopefully business is steady so they can up their inventory. Nice shop!

The Rocking Horse Boutique is a wonderful shopping experience. They carry upscale children’s clothing at affordable prices. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend the store to friends and family.

Pretty good selection of baby clothes, the older kids not so much. I scored some swaddles and gap outfits for my baby at an ok price… the customer service was not good, I will not be coming back because of that reason, I’d rather drive out of my way to go somewhere where the staff is kind and helpful. Customer service has always been a make it or break it for me.
I’d go back if the owner hired staff that acted like they liked children or babies!

I like this place and I go here often to check out if there’s anything new and I do usually find something here, it’s a nice little store, the only reason I give it 3 stars and not 4 is the customer service, I’m big on customer service and I feel the girl who works there the most is not real good with her customer service, she greets but she kind of gives off a somewhat of a cold attitude, which to me is not really approachable. I went there late 1 evening and it was a different girl and she was so nice and friendly. If ur a first time customer who gets the girl with the attitude, u probably won’t notice, it takes a couple more visits to notice it but maybe that’s me, I’m very observant of people.

I am so excited to announce there is finally a kids resale shop close to me in poway. I have been here twice and found so many things for my son, at a great prices. They sell gently used and new clothes, toys, shoes, baby gear, hair stuff, ect. They even have buy back on Tuesday and Thursday bring in your baby/​kids stuff and they will give you store credit. You have to check in out!
