Food is like any other Subway. My biggest issue is their restroom has been shut down every time I come – very unprofessional.

Not the greatest customer service here. I do feel bad for the guy who waited on me bc he was working alone(and not bc they were short-staffed). He was proficient enough about making my sandwich, but I didn’t get that warm«come back soon» feeling. It wasn’t quite«I hate my job. I hate my life» but close. 1 star for: close to my house 1 star for: got a footlong club &3 cookies for $ 10(that=dinner plus tomorrow’s lunch) 1 star for: being clean –2 star for: a lack of friendliness/less than average customer service.

Went there today. NEVERAGAIN!!! The employees were rude beyond belief, and had COMPLETE disregard for a SEVERE food allergy!!! My husband wanted extra meat on his sandwich and the two guys behind the counter openly made fun of it RIGHTINFRONTOFME: «Dude! This guy wants EXTRAMEAT!» Other guy, «Seriously? Extra meat?!» The guy picked up jalapeño instead of pickles and put it on my husband’s sandwich, which in itself is no big deal. He took them off with the lettuce, and corrected my husband’s sandwich. He then proceeded to reuse the lettuce on my sandwich. As I told him when he first picked them up and I politely requested that he change his gloves before making my sandwich, I am DEATHLY allergic to jalapeño. He rolled his eyes and shook his head when I told him he cannot use the cast off jalapeño juiced lettuce on my sandwich. Oh, really? It’s too much trouble for an employee to prevent a customer’s anaphylactic shock? Adding insult to near death injury, when asking for mayo on the bread first for my sandwich, the guy stated, «Uhhh, I don’t even know how to do that.» I explained to him to simply pull the meat off, squirt on the mayo, then put the meat back on. THISISN’T THEFIRSTTIME I’ve been treated badly at this location. On a previous visit, one employee made me wait while she finished up a private conversation on her cell phone. On another visit, I was second in line and waited 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. How, you ask? Of the 3 employees behind the counter, only 1 was taking sandwich orders, and the woman in front of me wanted 7 sandwiches, and she was changing her mind over and over while ordering. You’d think one of the other employees would have stepped up to take my order. WEWILLNOTBEBACK!

My sister in law and I pulled up this evening and the employee was on her hands and knees cleaning. When we walked in she greeted us and went to wash her hands! I noticed the lobby and behind the counter was spotless and the veggies, cheese, and meat stocked. I worked in a sub shop for over a year so I notice details like this. I checked the reviews on this location before I arrived and I was sad to see such negative reviews. I live close by this location and have eaten here many times and I can attest that lately the customer service has improved greatly which is what’s sparking this review because subway tends to be the type of business people only review when they rant about their negative experience. The employee was so friendly I asked her name and she said Victoria. Victoria was working by herself and I have to say she was warm, engaging, patient and had a Damn good memory. There were a few details we had to change from our regular order but I understand business costs and it’s nothing that would prevent us from continuing to eat at this location. I was informed that this location is under new ownership and I hope the changes will continue to reflect positively. Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious… no complaints of skimping on ingredients or being«miserly» with the veggies. Recently came in the morning and the girl working then was just as polite as Victoria. Hopefully this location will keep up the clean, friendly, atmosphere because that’s made a HUGE difference for me.

Subway — all the same, not this one. I stopped ordered a sandwich and then asked where the restroom was to wash my hands. The reply — the closest is Target. Really she told me to go to Target. If wish I would have know this before I paid for my sandwich. Needless to say I didn’t eat it and left it outside for a homeless person. Last time for Subway!
