wow — the woman was very nice and explained everything to me as a first time insurance customer. the man i spoke with was actually mean. He was very rude and did not allow me any time to ask questions or anything. He was very very unprofessional and discourteous. i dealt with the nice woman over the phone several times, though it was difficult at times to reach her due to her being out of town a lot. she did even offer to speak to me while in commute. \Her customer service was great. I received an email from a person i had never met or dealt with and he asked for my SS # as well as my banking information. \I am not about to send this through email. When I called to give out this information over the phone so my application could be processed he was actually annoyed to be speaking to me. He was rude from the get go and even became insulting and condescending. He told me «Well obviously you are not understanding what i am telling you, so we will push the app through and get you a denial letter and maybe that will explain it better so you can understand it.» I do not care what kind of company you own, that kind of attitude and being that rude to your customers should never be tolerated by anyone. the funny thing is that I was actually calling to PAY — to give them money… I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are very unprofessional and discourteous — not to mention difficult to deal with being out of town 4 days out of every week when i tried to reach them.
