I am a property owner of several properties in the San Diego area. I was looking for a reliable handy man to service my units in San Diego. At first he was very friendly and seemed like he would be a great fit for what I was looking for. He showed up propmtly to the first services and was friendly to my tenants, but after that I have not heard back from him after numerous calls to get the work completed. I had to hire someone else to finish his work. Unfortunate, bacause I really was looking for someone long term with over 10 units I have in San DIego I was in need of a professional reliable handy man.

I called and left message and give detail of work need to be done. I wait for next day still no return call, next day I called again, but no answer, still up until now still not a return call from Ken.

I had Ken complete several jobs including some drywall work and other tasks. Over the course of two days Ken arrived in the morning on time, was very respectful and pleasant, did quality work, and cleaned up well. We will use Ken again when we have future work needs.

We used Ken for a bathroom remodel and to install a new front door. We were really impressed! Not only were his rates incredible but he was able to do the job very quickly and always showed up on time, ready to work. He is organized, efficient, skilled and overall a very professional and nice man. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!
