Katie is the best. She takes her time to consult each client, to make sure they get the exact results they came in for. The salon is super cute, and relaxing. When I walk in I feel calm. I would recommend 3 Graces to anyone.

First time client: Katie did a great job with my root touch up and cut. Her prices are reasonable and she works out of a quiet and clean little salon. I will be a returning client.

Wow! Katie is seriously so talented I want to cry. I’ve been having my hair done by so many people over the years.
I came to Katie last night I’ve been desperate to calm my crazy hair down.
This was certainly a task for most in the past but not Katie she rocked it!
She not only listened to my wants, needs, and concerns but she delivered and wow does my hair look and feel 100 0000x better.

Katie has been cutting my hair on and off for almost 2 years. I grew up the daughter of a hair stylist and I was looking for someone that I could trust to take care of my hair in between visits to my mom in San Francisco. Katie is the only person I trust not only to cut, but also highlight my hair. Even my mother has complimented the job that she does. You also can’t beat the prices for what you get. I can get my hair done for under $ 100.

This review is *not* for how my hair came out.
I made an appointment for an all-​over color and cut. I had a coupon for a free haircut with any chemical service, so I figured the cost would be around $ 50 – 60 bucks. When my stylist was finished, she said my total was $ 80! She could tell I was shocked, so she said, «Yeah, the color I used is really expensive.»
Well, maybe you should have told me this before you started. This is not some beautiful, fancy downtown salon. This is a small hole-​in-​the-​wall place in Poway. Yeah, I probably should have asked the price before we got started, but come on, don’t rip me off because I have a coupon that *you* put out. $ 100 after tip for a single-​process color is beyond overpriced for that place. Lesson learned, I guess!

I have been getting my hair done by Katie for almost three years now and she is the only person I will let cut my hair now because she does such an amazing job! She’s passionate about what she does and she honestly cares if the end result is just as amazing as imagined. She’s the kind of stylist that when you ask for her to do something different she shows genuine interest and says something like «I’ve been waiting to do something like this for you!». And the fact that she shampoos and blows out my hair for no extra cost makes this one hell of a bargain that I cannot refuse.

The prices cannot be beat. Katy does an excellent job. The Brazilian treatment is the best. I had it done one month before a vacation in the caribbean. My hair never frizzed once and stayed straight even after swimming in the ocean. I could wash and let it air dry and still have sleek and straight hair. She does an excellent job with highlights and cuts. You cannot be the quality and price Katy offers.

Katie is a fantastic hairdresser. I trust her with my locks, and that’s saying a lot from one hairdresser to another. She’s excellent and careful with color. I’ve seen her turn drab blondes incredible red, accentuate a brunette with masterful highlites, and take soccer moms to fab.
Three Graces is a hidden gem in the middle of Poway. A hidden gem you need to FIND and seek for the best service ever! Oh, and it helps that they aren’t ridiculously expensive or snooty. Double plus right there.

Lauren Frost is «Perfection». I never worry about my hair anymore, it always look great! And if you are blond she is the one to see! 3 Graces is very easy to find and it’s so nice and relaxing there! She did a Brazilian Blowout for me almost 4 months ago and it still looks fantastic, no frizz and smoothness, I love it!!!

I have been going to Lauren Frost for years to do my hair … she is very very good at color. she really knows how to blonde hair the best!!!
I highly recommend her to get good cuts and color.

Found a great hair place right off of Poway Rd. Lauren is the haircutter. She gave me a great new cut (and got rid of my comb over). My wife loved it! It’s an intimate relaxing place. They also do manicures and pedicures. My wife has an appt next week!

YEAH! So excited Lauren Frost is now at 3 graces! Much closer to home!
I haven’t been to 3 Graces yet but I can HIGHLY recommend Lauren. I got a Brazilian Blowout from Lauren at her previous salon and will definitely be back to see her. It was by far the best thing I’ve ever had done to my hair. It’s been two months and the frizz is still gone! I let my hair air-​dry (something I never would have dared to do before) and it looks amazing.

I absolutely love coming here to see Lauren Frost. She always does the best job on my color and cut and I’d never go to anyone else! I would highly recommend her and coming to this salon!

I give Brittney Rhodes my highest recommendation.
Being in the beauty industry myself, it’s essential that I look the part. I’m my own billboard, you know? So, needless to say, I need a hairstylist that can make me look fantastic and my looks fresh and modern.
I’ve gone to people with 20 years of experience and Vidal Sassoon training working at extremely high end salons. Yet, I’ve yet to find anyone that can top Brittney Rhodes’ creativity and skill. Time and time again she amazes me with her modern yet clean cuts and beautiful color combinations.
Some in the industry might say that she’s a bit of a renegade. She’s incredibly creative in her methods but has the experience to be able to predict a nothing-​less-​than-​spectacular result. How many hairstylists have the guts to mix two different product lines to create a custom color for a client? Don’t get me wrong, though. She always listens to my wants and incorporates my desires into her creative vision.
She’s always willing to step up and try new things and amazingly excels at them in no time. (She does really fantastic hair extensions). I see the work she does on her other clients, and it always amazes me to see these women (and men) transform with her beautiful colors and cuts.
Recently we’ve been working on growing my hair out to achieve a «Chase Crawford» look. She’s been the first stylist I’ve ever had that’s kept me going through the growth. My hair’s so voluminous and wavy that it just gets unmanageable when it hits 2 inches. We’re well on our way and I’m excited to get the look she has in mind for me.
She’s an amazing value. Also, she does a fantastic job on hair extensions. I know another of her clients that has had extensions for 2+ years from her and they always look amazing and undetectable.

I’ve been going to Elena V. for years and years!!! I absolutely love her!!! She always caters to my needs. I like to mix it up season to season and she always knows exactly what to do. There have been times when I have been terrified to try something drastic but have always walked out really happy with what she did. I ask for her insight and she’s super honest and knowledgable. She’s definitely up to date on current fashions. She is also my therapist that doesn’t get paid enough. ;) She is hilarious, down to earth, fun and hot! I always look forward to my next hair session. I’ve been trying to get her to rent space somewhere in Mission Valley because I don’t really enjoy the additional 5 mile drive from the 15 to east bumblefu*k Poway but she is damn worth it. I have referred a handful of friends to her and they have all been really happy! Thanks E, you rock!!!

I’ve got to agree with Charlene’s review, Elena is the shizz! She’s friendly, down to earth, easy to hold a conversation with, and definitely knows what she’s doing when it comes to hair. I’ve got an appointment coming up and cant wait to tell her she’s been Unilocaled!
The salon is a little far from where I live, but it’s worth it for the service I get from Elena. Be careful where you park, otherwise you’ll have to walk through the gym to get to the salon.
4 outta 5 stars because its out in the middle of nowhere in Poway.
