James is one of those rare finds and you will be lucky to have him work on your house! We had a water leak in our home in Orange County that affected 5 rooms and from the moment he arrived I knew everything would be fine. He quickly and effectively did the dryout portion and explained every step of the way… even giving recommendations so we can protect ourselves from more leaks in the future. He is not out for the money but rather doing a quality job. He is very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy — I would recommend him for any job!

So this is my first Unilocal post ever and it was the owner of this company, James Fitzpatrick, is so deserving of this. Just last week I was beside myself with anxiety regarding a leak that was not covered by my homeowners insurance. James was referred to me by a trusted source and I feel like I was the luckiest girl in the world to have been connected with him. Within hours he was at my home testing for water damage, thoroughly documenting the damage, and beginning the dryout. He thoroughly explained every detail of his work and why he could dry my home for HALF the price of other companies!!! He efficiently communicated with me by text (although he was available by phone but who has time for that!!). He sent me a Dropbox link of all the photos he took and all related documents so he even did my filing for me. The customer service from James was one of the highest I’ve ever experienced. I would never choose another company to help me with property damage in the future and neither should you.

We had a leak that entered our interior home walls from our old water heater. My insurance gave me a few company names to pick from and based on the two previous reviews and the close proximity to our home, I picked Fitzpatrick Construction.
James, the owner, is an extremely professional and thorough provider. He explained the process in detail; from the equipment he was using and what they do to the last detail on insurance expectations.
He checked the moisture levels in three areas of our home for six consecutive days, including New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Great communication and will go the extra mile to exceed customer satisfaction.
I will request his company if I ever need to use him for any other claims. I will also consider him for any other construction needs in our home. Thank you, James!

James Fitzpatrick showed up at my home after I reported a leak from my upstairs shower through my downstairs light fixture and ceiling. He is extremely professional. He brought fans and a dehumidifier with him to dry out the floors and came every day for four days to move the fans and check on the moisture in the floor.
James is very personable and advised me of just how to handle the leak and repairing any damage. I plan to remodel my bathroom and will use James for the process. His architectural degree gives him a vision that the average construction contractor doesn’t have and he is meticulous in detail.
