Horrible Horrible Horrible! We’ve had several dress shirts dry cleaned and we have lost several buttons on them. And these aren’t just Kohl’s dress shirts, these are Hugo Boss. They kept saying it was an accident and that they don’t know how it happened. There was also a time where they said the items would be done at a certain time and they weren’t. That the owner was out for work and wouldn’t be able to attend to it until they got back. The last incident that blew it for me was them ruining my 5 year old daughter’s New Year’s dress. It was a simple gray dress and when I got it back it looked like it went through a shredder, in which she didn’t get to wear that dress to wear to the New Year’s party. They said they were sorry and would make it up to us. We will not be back. Horrible. I’m so upset with them.

Took clothes here for awhile now. Service and quality is getting down and down. Initially had great experience. Problems started with light stains not removed from clothes and just looking like they were not touched at all, they guaranteed that stains are not removable(even though I was able to remove some just with water and soap), they redid the work and stains are gone. Then had small rip repair inside the pants lining, did not check when picked up and it was not repaired, told them and got nothing. Last one paid for the same repair again and for another additional repair to be done to the same pants, gave them plenty of time to do it(e.g. weeks), picked up and no repairs were done. They apologized and took pants back again for both of the repairs!!! Guess what, just picked up pants and they charged me for an extra repair because they said they patched another pair of pants I brought in at the same time, but those had no issues, what a joke. I am done as there are so many choices out there and I seriously tried to talk and have conversation with them. You don’t want my business, then let’s part our ways.

I had a uniform taken in to get cleaned and repaired. I came back to get it and it looked fine. I wore it 3 days later after coming back from the holidays and it literally did not look like it was touched… I took it back and pointed out the stains that were there before and the creases that are supposed to be there and told them that there was nothing done to this uniform. There was also a repair that was never done. I went on leave right after that and picked it up a week after it was supposed to be ready and they said it wasn’t ready. The seamstress has not gotten a chance to repair it. They managed to bring me back the uniform on the same afternoon but the work on it is very poor quality. I will never go back to this place again… The stains are still there by the way. I went to another cleaners and they managed to remove it… What a waste of time…

New management. The clothes still come out fine but you have to take the«hours of operation» with a grain of salt. I think of them like a guidepost. They give you a general sense of when there might be an employee there to help you, but I recommend giving a buffer zone to make sure employees have had time get there/not leave.

I had two pieces of clothing that I had cleaned here: a simple bridesmaid dress and my wedding dress(which was boxed). My bridesmaid dress was done quickly, very clean, and inexpensive. A+. My wedding dress, on the other hand, was a bit of a nightmare. It took approximately 5 weeks to get the dress back, after being quoted a 2 week wait time. In addition, I went back not once but twice and each time, was told it wasn’t quite ready. I asked them to call me once it was ready, and you guessed it, no call came. I called them back to check on the dress and it was finally ready. When I went in, no real apology was provided for the delay. Just an excuse about the delay in receiving the box. Look, I get that delays happen. I get that you are pretty busy and one piece of clothing blends with all the others. But, I dropped $$$$ to get my wedding dress cleaned and boxed. So, if you don’t communicate well to your customer, guess what happens? They don’t come back. And, they Unilocal about it so others don’t fall victim to it either. I actually gave this some time, so I wouldn’t Unilocal in the heat of the moment. Several weeks later, this is where I am netting out: *Two stars for the bridemaid dress *Zero stars for the wedding dress. There are too many choices out there. Not planning on going back.

Took my husbands leather jacket in to have a patch removed and new one sewn on. Price was great and done quickly. Unfortunately they lost the leather patch. Sign inside say«all work is done on the premises». I was told my patch was lost in transit because the work was done somewhere else. After several visits to give them a chance to find it, they finally reimbursed me for the patch. Unhappy that I had to go in so many times before they fixed the problem.

Low price, good service. Nice to find a place like this in Poway. Most dry cleaners overcharge in my opinion.

Tried this place for the first time and I highly recommend. One day dry cleaning and the prices are very reasonable. Give this place a try.

This dry cleaner has nice owners that don’t speak English very well. It’s hot in there with no AC. They are working hard and trying to run a successful business
