I’m extremely unhappy with the way my mother’s account has been handled. There have been constant errors, including the fact that they can’t even locate her pulmonay test results.
She has a life threatening condition and they’ve lost the test results, forgot to send the paperwork on additional testing… they’ve even put her birthdate incorrectly on the insurance claims. Having a correct birth date is crucial when identifying a patient, their condition and maintaining accurate prescription records.
It’s been one headache after another, stress that she does not need at this time. Their management of office records are deplorable and a risk to their patient’s health.
If I could put negative stars, I would.
