I saw Dr. Wadhwa in November & a few months latter he did surgery on me. Dr. Wadhwa is professional, very through and has a great bedside manner. .The office staff is great as well. The atmosphere reminds me of how doctor use to be. I highly recommended Dr. Wadhwa, if you need an ENT doctor. He is great.

Dr. Wadhwa is a rockstar I can not say enough about his consummate professionalism, competence, humility, and great bedside manner. He literally saved my life. I went to see him for hearing loss and because of my history he had me get an MRI and discovered a softball size mass in my chest. Had he not opted to get that test done I would not be here today. Dr Wadhwa truly is a life saver.

The office staff is not very friendly. Called back for procedure 45 mins after appt time and staff was completely unapologetic, as if they were doing us a favor. Disappointing patient care

My first visit with Dr. Wadhwa was for wax build up in my ears. Part of a new patient appt includes an audiology exam and physical by Dr. Wadhwa. He and his staff were very efficient, friendly and thorough. My hearing aids were checked, ear wax removed PAINLESSLY, and I was scheduled for labs and MRI due to tinnitus. I am a retired health care professional and have experienced it all. This office is exceptional and I appreciate the awesome care.

I had a deviated septum and was referred to Dr. Wadhwa by my primary. From my first experience with his office, through a Septoplasty surgery, and related follow-​up, Dr. Wadhwa and his office provided excellent service and care. He is an excellent physician who listens and provide recommendations in the best interest of his patients. I’m now able to breath freely after a lifelong problem with my nasal passages. I highly recommend Dr. Wadhwa as an ENT Physician.

I have ear wax that builds up a lot, especially due to wearing hearing aids.
Putting in mineral oil, etc., and flushing does not work to remove the wax; I tried doing that for years. The only procedure that really works is the use of a suction device which is like a vacuum machine for the ears and only ENT physicians have those devices.
I looked around and read quite a few websites for ENTs and was impressed by Rancho ENT in Poway, run by Ashish Wadhwa, M.D.
He charged me $ 200 for an initial examination that included a hearing test, along with the suction procedure. I was impressed with his professionalism, including the front-​desk receptionist, who was very nice and friendly as she juggled phone calls and visitors.
Once a patient pays the initial $ 200, they charge $ 50 for follow-​up visits. I do not know of any other ENT physician who offers that. It is a bit of a drive to Poway for me, but I do not mind because of the savings for future visits. (I live in the San Diego community of San Carlos.)
They also take credit cards, which makes the initial payment somewhat easier if you do not have the cash or a check.

I was seen as a new patient, the office staff was very friendly and I was taken in right away. The Dr. was very nice and addressed my issues. I would recommend this office. Also my appt. was originally 2 weeks out and i was put on the cancellation list, I was called later that same day and scheduled for the following day.
