Tonder Mariann Dr

Called today to make an appointment as a new patient, due to eye pain. The receptionist (I believe her name was Robin?) was so nice and able to squeeze me in same-​day, which was great. Not sure if that’s typical, but it was very helpful to me as I didn’t want to wait an entire month to be seen for eye pain.
My visit was short, to the point, and very enjoyable (or as enjoyable as a trip to the doctor can be!) The staff was incredibly friendly, the waiting room was quiet and clean. They even had a walled-​off children’s area for my 2.5 year old to play in (a lifesaver!) The doctor was so very nice and made great conversation, and I felt entirely comfortable throughout the exam. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely keep them as my eye doctor while we are stationed in this area for the next 2 years.

I have been going to Dr. Tonder for four years and have not been disappointed. She does a thorough job with the eye exams, explains what she is doing and does a great job reviewing the results and recommendations. If you are looking for an optometrist in Poulsbo, give her a try.
