Location and décor much better than the old store. However, it’s hit or miss if you get the A or B team. Some day, fabulous baristas, perfect drink, fast efficient service. Other days… plan on being patient as the new crew gets its legs. Slow service, overwhelmed baristas and mediocre drinks.

The people are nice, but the way the check in and pickup is so backwards it makes it uncomfortable knowing where to wait. The retail is st the entrance where it should be at the back… Some one was not thinking at all when they built this one … Coffee is good and the atmosphere sucks!

September 7, 2015 @1625ish. First off, mango black tea is out of season I was told. Well, change your menu board then I wouldn’t have to ask. Male Barista sees me, 2^nd in line and then stops servicing the the second register. Literally, he looked me right in the face then starts to clean one of the coffee containers. It’s the Caucasian guy with blonde hair. I did not care to catch his name. There was only one other male Barista in there and he had black hair and a beard. Another customer walks in after me, and he stops what he is doing to assist her. I don’t generally come to this area because, well, I live in San Diego and most importantly because of the Walmart. However, I felt compelled to note the unfriendly service I received. The drink was good (peach green tea lemonade). Another Barista made it, not the unfriendly Barista.

This is my favorite of all of the locations from Poulsbo to West Bremerton. The service is the fastest, the baristas are the friendliest and they always do a great job. It is very much appreciated!

Really nice and a great place to work on the Peninsula. Great to have such a centrally located place closer to Poulsbo/Bainbridge if you have to meet up with people.
Plenty of space, and a great place to get some work done.
Also, hands down, has the happiest barista/cashier I have ever met. She is always so excited to serve you — it could not be nicer to see.

It is a Starbucks location. Pretty much enough said. But, since this is Unilocal,you deserve more! Did I mention that this is a review of a Starbucks?
Everything that you would expect is here. Friendly staff, quick service, outdoor seating option and wifi.
No deviation from what you would expect. Plus, if you need to find a cop, chances are that you will here!

This is a very friendly Starbucks. The manager who runs it does a great job of motivating her team and engaging with customers. I like the stand-up bar area as a change to the standard table set up (which they have, too). I’m in here every so often and I’m glad they finally started doing free wifi. And they have power outlets (unlike barnes and noble which closed up all their outlets).
