I couldn’t really tell you about the work because the customer service was so poor. When I arrived, I waited at the counter for the manager who was talking on the phone. And waited. And waited. And he talked. And he talked. And talked for over 10 minutes without so much as an I’ll-be-right-with-you or even a nod of acknowledgement. He was going on and on about a personnel matter, totally inappropriate in front of customers or staff(and possibly actionable). And though he appeared to be speaking with a business associate as opposed to a friend, he was just going on and on, blowing off steam and not coming to any sort of resolution(I should never have this much information about someone else’s business). Anyway, when I finally told him my situation, he let me know I had to make the appointment through my insurance company. The whole conversation took less than 30 seconds. I’d like my time back.

I felt compelled to write a review because I felt that the other review here just didn’t reflect the array of experiences one can have at this location. I had my windshield replaced here in February(last month). It was easy to make an appointment that was convenient for me to come in and get it replaced. I am lucky that my car insurance covers complete glass replacement without a deductible, so after I brought my car in, I enjoyed a cup of keurig coffee. I talked to the friendly Vietnam vet-front desk attendant about the Jets(is this finally our year? One can hope) and the Yankees(like the mockery that is A-Roid). Before I knew it, it was replaced — it really looked like nothing changed, like the same old windshield. All in all, it really was seamless. I have no complaints about this place — my only suggestion to patrons is to be careful turning into the parking lot. It is confusing — you turn right before the building right after the Hess station.

Stopped in to have a rock chip looked at. Initially thought the manager was a little curt but he seemed very efficient and had someone look at my car right away. The tech came back saying there were 2 rock chips and he would take care of them right away. All the employees I met were very friendly and gave me an update on the job progress. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a great job at an excellent price. Glad I stopped in.
