We have had a service contract with Love Effron for the past year and could not be more happy with them. We have had numerous problems with the aging boilers and furnaces on our two properties and Love Effron has been incredibly helpful. They have sent technicians out at all hours of the night, delivered oil on extremely short notice to work around my time schedule, and been extremely professional in every interaction. The people who answer the phones are friendly and helpful, the service techs are all knowledgable, and even their sales people (who would normally make my skin crawl) are not too pushy. Highly recommend them.

We love love. We’ve never run out of oil and the service techs are clean and always so cool. Prices are a little above average, but you get what you pay for. Customer service ladies are so great — I feel like I’m talking to a girlfriend when I call.

Absolute terrible customer service. Started out good and I even complimented how pleasant the receptionists were. I’ve the course of a week to a week and a half, I realized that no one over there returns phone calls. I’ve left several messages with the staff– Manager, secretary, installer and yet no one has had the courtesy to call me back. You claim to accept new customers yet have done nothing to earn my business. So much for being referred to this company. Thank you for deterring it.
