Thanks for your reply. That was more in depth than the email reply I received from your company stating only:
«We do not provide refunds, please read our terms and conditions. We work to update any records that are not accurate… feel free to email us a report for all records that bounced back as well as the records within excel that have bounced back.»
1. Your terms and conditions are not placed on the website. They must be hidden in the check out process.
2. You do not update records, or there would not be so many non deliverable addresses.
3. Your complete list is un-​usable because of the numerous hidden spam traps. If you were updating like your website claims, they would not be present. Your spam traps got me banned from my email provider.
4. Any lawyer would call what you are doing at best misleading and very possibly blatant fraud and/​or bait and switch. You offer a list free of problems and then sell something else. Hiding behind terms and conditions which aren’t even viewable on the website is unethical.
