I am a huge fan of this froyo place — in my opinion, it is the best one in the area. Firstly, it is very clean, which is a huge plus. Secondly, they have countless varied options for not only toppings, but also cones and waffle bowls that they make there. They also have free sprinkles with the colors of local schools and have a lot of comfy seating. My only complaint is that they only have a limited selection of fruit available for the froyo toppings, where other places have a lot more. Otherwise, great place and I love coming here! Want to stop by for the Monday deal they have with unlimited toppings for only a few bucks!

The place is very clean and has an amazing selection of ice cream flavors and toppings. The staff is helpful and friendly. Definitely a 5 star experience.

We looked up the closing time here and it said 10 so we went in at 9:50 and got our ice cream(doors unlocked, machines on, lights on, etc) and we’re ready to pay and the girl walked in and made us throw all of our ice cream in the garbage, wouldn’t even let us pay with cash. Offered to pay extra, she refused to admit she closed early and forced us to throw away our ice cream. Was very rude, not apologetic.

Hoopla is great on Mondays! Why Mondays you ask? Hoopla has a Monday Special deal. I believe its $ 3.50 for all you can fit in one cup! You can’t beat that. They have the best selection on toppings. My only complaint would be I wish their Frozen Yogurt tasted more like Frozen Yogurt and less like ice cream.

Standard white girl froyo shop — just watch how much toppings you decide to get cause it adds up really fast — it’s all done by weight so you could have $ 8 worth of yogurt and expect it to be $ 3-$ 4 bucks, even with minimal toppings. I’ll only go if I’m invited by a group of friends or something but the inside always makes me cringe.

Usual fro-yo shop… Lots of flavors and toppings… Nice combos of flavors as well… I went with a strawberry and cheesecake combo, brownie bits, chocolate chips, Oreo, and a bunch of other goodies… They had some great flavors, salted Carmel pretzel, Nutella, banana just to name a few… My wife and I both got reasonably sized portions, not the mega buckets, and it’s was about $ 7 total… Overall I would recommend this place if your looking for some good fro-yo…

Great selection of favors and toppings. Love the cute colors, décor and music. Staff had always been pleasant and helpful. The free watermelon water is also delicious! One of my favorite places to go for a treat!

An awesome place to get ice cream. I like the self-serve concept. I primarily went here because they had a no sugar added flavor. The price of the ice cream seemed very reasonable. You pay by the weight of your ice cream and fixings. Since it is a self service operation it’s going to look very unkempt when you enter. But with everyone filling their own orders it’s goi g to get a little messy. But it’s worth it.

This place is hands down amazing. Best froyo I’ve had, ever. It’s so smooth and tart and the chocolate is so rich and amazing. Amazingly huge selection of toppings, and not to mention the froyo has live active cultures. On Monday they have a great deal, fill up the cup for 3.75! Can’t wait for the warm weather so I can have more excuses to eat here!

Well, on this clear yet chilly night, the noted Unilocal reviewer is back! First impressions– as we approach the entrance the first thing we notice is a PACKED frozen yogurt establishment. This hints that they probably have a nice product going for them, yet that could also mean they have slow service. The first thing i must comment on is tacky and slippery hard wood floors. The overseer of my relationship, jk47, just barely escaped taking a spill as he went to sample his first yogurt. This was quite alarming considering he has recently injured himself… On to the most important part of the experience: the frozen yogurt. Jk47, my sexy girlfriend becky, and i each started out by noticing there were little sample cups for us to use! We each sampled 2 yogurts and were generally pleased with one, and disgusted with the other. There was a wide selection of flavors though, you could even mix two flavors into one! Our frozen yogurt– each of us selected very different dishes. I got strawberry, becky got birthday cake and jk47 got birthday cake topped by waffle cone with a sprinkle of coconut. The line formed around the variety of topping choices. I was very pleased with the toppings because there some complemented fruit dishes and some complement chocolate dishes. You see, my girl is a chocolate kind of gal and i am a fruit man. Hoopla accommodates for both our needs to result in complete satisfaction when it comes to flavors. Paying and eating– hoopla offers a paying method of weighing your cup of froyo. This can be looked at as a positive and negative. See im afraid they have the ability to rip us off Cause how can we know if it is correctly calibrated or not, so when you go make sure you bring your own scale to double check their potentially rigged scale. As we turn from the register we are delighted to see complementary sprinkles AND watermelon water! BUT, we then reached for the napkins next to the water dispenser and found an absolutely SOAKED wad of napkins! really, WETNAPKINSAT A FROYOPLACE!!! Anyway, we made our way outside into the cold because there was not enough seating inside which really brought down the experience. As we concluded, i made my way into the single bathroom which was clean but had blasting music and gave me a headache. Overall, this particular frozen yogurt establishment had tasty yogurt, a wide variety of flavors and topping, but unfortunately not the best atmosphere.

Dark chocolate and peanut butter are beyond words for how amazingly decadent this yogurt is. The cherry amaretto is intoxicating with flavors. Is this really yogurt, well I cant believe it, but then again I don’t care cause it is that good. Come down and enjoy the best yogurt around in the poughkeepsie area. You will not be disappointed.

I have never seen such an amazing selection of toppings at a froyo place before — this joint is the real deal!!! I eat froyo on a regular basis at spots around NYC, so I consider myself somewhat of a DIY froyo connoisseur. I wish this place was closer to where I live!(Though perhaps I’d gain 20 pounds if it was.) The flavor selections are plentiful and have a good variation of sweet and tart. The toppings just never seemed to end! They had such a great selection. From fresh fruit to chocolatey candy bar goodness to tapioca ball boba to a wall of cereal and sprinkles and beyond. Top it off with fresh whipped cream and fudges galore. It was definitely above and beyond the topping selection of your average froyo place. Everything was delicious! Hoopla did seem to be quite busy when I went, but they had a good amount of seating inside. I would definitely recommend this froyo spot!

They have a great variety of frozen yogurt flavors, and all kinds of fruit and cookie-type toppings. The one thing I find annoying is that they hide the wet walnuts behind the sauce pumps. If you don’t think to ask for it, you’ll miss out on walnuts.

Love this place! Tip: go on Monday! Fill up your cup and it’s about $ 3.70, no matter how much you get. Fantastic deal.

This is such a fun place to go and get some fro-yo and just hang out. On a nice day you can sit outside at some tables, or they offer plenty of comfy seating inside. The atmosphere is very bright and fun with some good music rolling in the background. The employees there are pleasant for the most part. They all do their job, but there doesn’t seem like it is all that much. But they are all pretty nice. They have a good variety of flavors that change often, so there is always something to look forward to, the toppings are amazing, the«fresh baked bottoms»(cake, brownies) are a nice touch to soak up all your fro-yo at the bottom of the cup, and the free sprinkles bar is the best! I am definitely a fan of Hoopla! I have been here many times and I will for sure keep coming back
