I would not ever recommend them to anyone. They came and put a bandaid on a problem and assured us it would last until they could come and actually fix the problem several weeks down the road. It was not working again within 7 days and then they wanted to charge me ANOTHER weekend charge to come and put another band aid on it. If they would have just honored the first band aid visit and used some basic customer service skills, they would have been able to sell us a new unit. We went with another company that told us up front the unit needed to be replaced.

I was looking for A/​C and heater maintenance and a switch from the oil company who wasn’t doing the job. I’ve had Fox Air service both for two years now and they are terrific. The repairman that first came to do the heating start-​up maintenance found problems that the oil company had apparently overlooked for years. And I saw the difference immediately – the furnace has never run so quietly or efficiently since it was new. They have kept my A/​C running problem free. AND, when I had an emergency they came within 30 minutes. I’m sold on Fox Air.

I just had Fox Air come and do a routine service and consult. They couldn’t help my issues with the upstairs being too hot during the summer and you know what, that’s fine. I pretty much knew it was the limits of the system and a cheap one zone design. I’m actually happy they were honest with me and didn’t just invent some BS work to do.
Service went fine and the guy was really nice. Very happy. See my review for American Heating and Cooling for a different experience.
