Call-A-Cab

Incredibly rude, late and unprofessional. I called 2 hours ahead of time to pick up 4 people. The driver seemed angry that he was picking up so many. He wanted all 4 to sit in the back of a regular cab. When we suggested one of the adults sit in front, he actually got angry. He would not move any of his things, so the passenger in the front in the front had to hold the driver’s briefcase. Additionally when I called regarding the cab brieng late, the person the phone was also very rude. Would never use this company again.

NEVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!
I rely on a taxi to get me to the train station, I scheduled them the night before to be here 10 minutes early and they still almost made me late multiple times so I scheduled them 15 minutes early the next day and they never showed up! I called and they said «we’re sorry but we’re understaffed and don’t have a taxi driver in the same city as you» I SCHEDULED IT THE DAY BEFORE, it’s their job to be there or tell me they can’t when I can still do something about it! Now I’m missing a class I paid $ 350 for because they can’t handle a simple taxi reservation.
When they do show up their cars are dirty, smell bad and the driver’s smoke while driving, write on their clipboard instead of watching the road and overall it’s a horrible experience.

Outside my apartment and laid on the horn several times a 12am. I had just got off work from 2^nd job and had just went to sleep. I told the driver that this work me up and to please stop. I was called several names including a racial slur. He then told me that he is a electrician and this is his second job. He shared that he didn’t care if he was disturbing others and made a statement about why I live in my apartment. Other put downs followed along with him questioning my income. My company asks that I help out clients with finding and setting up daily cab services. Because of driver 140 tonight, Call A Cab will not get any referrals from me ever. This was just wrong in every way. Horrible!

If only I could give 0 stars.
Always late, rude people, and a total ripoff.
