I was given their number by the Enterprise agent to get a ride back to the Poughkeepsie train station. «15 minutes» I was told, but two calls back resulted each in the same response and false claims that it was never logged by the other person though they sounded suspiciously familiar. The cab never showed. We took a different cab.
