Poor customer service. In the past 6 months, I’ve cancelled 5 out of 6 reservations because nobody would even answer the phone when i called for a pickup — does not exude confidence with me. I am a business traveler who operates on a very exact timetable and I expect companies like Enterprise to do the same. My frustration with this location culminated this morning when I called for a pickup. The response was, «We should have someone in your area at around 11am, but if we can’t make it, we’ll give you a call, CLICK.» First, they never asked me what my contact number is, and second«We should have someone???» Seriously? Should I tell my client in Buffalo, and I SHOULD make the meeting at 4pm, as long as Enterprise decides to pick me up? Ridiculous. Looks like I’m just taking my own car again…
