I came to this practice following Dr Martin Rawdin as he merged with Dr Shade. I usually see Dr Rawdin but saw Dr Shade this time. She’s very thorough, explains everything and is very personable. Stephanie is great, very knowledgeable and great personality. Chelsea spent a lot of time with me helping me choose the right frame that complimented my round face and six chins. Lori is borderline friendly but often makes me feel like I’m a burden or something. You’d think that someone who waits on people everyday could be a bit friendlier. I’ll still go there but will limit my interactions with Lori if possible

Always a great experience. I have been using Dr. Shade since she opened her office. Everyone is completely professional, helpful and kind. Dr. Shade answers all your questions and has the most up to date examination procedures. She goes beyond the initial exam to get you the correct glasses or contacts.
