Philly Soft Pretzel Factory

I lived down the street from this place and never knew it was there. Let me start off by saying its a small joint. It was like 90 degrees outside and 115 inside. I felt so bad for the two workers inside a man and woman. The air conditioner wasn’t on or it wasn’t working and front and back door was open. It was an instant sweat box plus it doesn’t help that the gigantic oven is spewing out over a hundred degree heat. I felt so bad for the workers in there.
On to the good stuff! Once you walk in your smacked in the face by amazing fresh Pretzel and salt smell. They took our order and they made our order fresh. Right in front of us. The lady and the guy there was great. They Engaged us in conversation while we waited. As other people rolled in they greeted everyone just as equally. They took our mind off that it was a billion degrees in there. We got a lot of fresh pretzels for a good price. I can definitely see myself using them for a party down the road and will return.

Located off of High St near Subway and McDonald. Small parking lot, but worth the stop.
I love Philly Pretzel that make them Fresh, and Fast. The service is was friendly and
knowledgeable.
