Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Can’t say enough good about this place. The service we received from Jack was stellar — he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was thorough in making sure that I was comfortable with the car I chose and understood all the charges. The other employees seemed equally professional and the location is easy enough to find. And! They have a clean restroom! I’d definitely rent from here again.

I called the enterprise’s 800 number to find out about returning a rented vehicle after hours and was told I could do that. So I dropped off the car with more gas in the tank compared to when they have me the car, and heard nothing the next day from them. When I checked my CC online, I found that I was charged for an extra day. When I called to discuss the billI telling them that I had dropped off the car at 7 pm, 1 hour after they closed, their reply was they have no way to check it in before 7 am and therefore I get an additional days charge. Seems unfair to me and why did I bother rushing around after work and arranging for a ride when it didn’t save me anything on the end. I wouldn’t recommend enterprise if you’re looking for a short term rental.
