Nice shop, staff are friendly and the owner was very kind. I love working there 5 years ago.

Great customer service. That parking is very small though

They are located off East High St in Pottstown across from Wawa. They are located on the East Side of town toward the Hospital, not West Side.
They are always busy and have lines, but they get you in and out very quickly. I
Got a box of Joe and 2 Dozen donuts without no problems, and very quickly. They staff is very friendly and helpful. They are foreign, but I haven’t had any problems with language barrier, I’ve been going here for over 20 years. The inside is clean and will keep up, along with there outside grounds.
Parking can be tricky, there a couple of spots out front of the building along with side parking, either can be difficult to get in and out at busy times. Some people parking next door early in the morning to get in and out easier. Over all it’s a chain and you know what your getting or suppose to get.

The worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. Counter people cannot speak English and cannot keep track of bills; e.g., counter person tried to charge me for a small coffee I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR yesterday morning.
I’ve been in FOREIGN COUNTRIES where Dunkin Donuts service was better.
Unfortunate that this is pretty much the only Dunkin Donuts on the west side of town (note: this DD is on WEST High St.), because anything comparable would certainly be more appealing – and would put this place out of business.
