Food is mediocre, but the staff is friendly and attentive. We’ve never had a problem with service. I don’t think the food problem is just this location, I believe it’s chain wide. Food just seems boring and bland.

Pottstown, PA
This place used to have great customer service and took care of customer issues. This place really went down hill orders are always wrong and food is cold. The store manager Lisaa is rude and don’t care about customers. I either drive to Roysford, Exeter, or quakertown. The customer service is so much better, trust me it’s worth the drive.
