Affinity Property Management

I’ve been searching for a property manager to over see a property I own in Philadelphia, so I entered my information into a property management aggregator website. Jodi from Affinity contacted me very quickly via email, and we scheduled a time to chat. On the phone, she was very knowledgeable of the process and of owners’ needs, so I asked for references and agreed to schedule an in-​person meeting with one of their property managers. However, A) I never received the references and B) the property manager never showed up, never called, NOTHING! I don’t consider it a waste of time, however, because I certainly learned enough to know not to sign with them. If they aren’t reliable enough to show-​up to the initial meeting, then they aren’t reliable enough to manage my property.
